Course objectives
To provide understanding of the structures, functions and social significance of different transportation systems.
Content of the course
Basic knowledge of passenger and goods transportation, different modes of transport, traffic economy, traffic safety, and environmental impacts of traffic. Modal split and special features of different transport modes in Finland.
