Course objectives
The course aims to give basic knowledge about the field and contents of technology management in a firm and its linkages to the other functions of a firm.

Content of the course
Basic concepts of technology management in a firm, making tehnology selection decisions and their impacts for the firm's business. Technology life cycles, their phases and implications for utilizing the technology within a firm. Methods for managing with technological complexity.

Case studies and an exam.
