Course objectives
The objective of the course is to introduce the contents of Total Quality Management (TQM).

Content of the course
Concepts of quality and definition of customer. Measuring quality, quality costs and other key figures of quality. ISO 9000 and Quality Awards. Statistical methods. Quality, environment and safety. Managing quality.

Requirements
A book examination from the contents of the literature.
