Course objectives
To familiarize the student with the field of facilities management and business premises management. To accentuate the significance of the branch for both building construction and for a profitable and developing real estate business.
Content of the course
The course deals with the importance of facilities as an essential part of service supporting business activities, life-span economy of facilities, decision making methods of real estate investements, risk management, purchase, sale and renting of premises.
Requirements
Paper on current topic in Facilities Management, final exam.
