VALIT – VALUE INDICATOR TOOL (2015-2017)
The objective of VALIT is to create a comprehensive tool for measurement and management of value creation in business relationships. The research project aims to answer the following research questions, of which TUT is focused on the first research question:
How can value creation functions be identified? How can value creation be measured? How can a set of measures be used in developing and managing customer relationships in the international and digitalizing context?
What is the role of emotions in business relationships? How can emotions and customer experiences be managed in the international and digitalizing context?
What is the value creation process of customers like? How can customer relationships and networked collaboration be managed from the point of view of value creation in the international and digitalizing context?
How can competences of employees for absorbing, trying and creating new ways of working toward value co-creation in the international and digitalizing context be created?
