Learning Goals of the Program
The main goal is to understand the principles of individual creativity and organisational resilience and to explore both management and leadership issues and innovation management in business. During the program, the participants will increase their understanding of:

  • organisational, individual and network aspects of innovations
  • new technologies, emerging markets and megatrends
  • technology management
  • open innovation.

Target Group
The program is targeted at:

  • R&D Managers, Technology Managers, Business Development Managers, those who are in charge of creating new businesses, products or services
  • opinion leaders

Contents of the Program
The program will consist of 8 face-to-face training days and module-specific exercises between modules. Participants will get eight (8) European credit points for the program. The program will be held mainly in Finnish.

Modules are:
I Innovation Opportunities across the Globe, 6.–7.10.2008
II The Quest for Organizational and Individual Resilience, 3.–4.11.2008
III Technology, Product and Service Management, 1.–2.12.2008
IV Efficient Co-creation in Networks, 12.–13.1.2009

Price
The participation fee is 4 860 € / participant for the whole program. The participation fee includes tuition, training materials and meals during the training days (travel and accommodation costs are not included). In accordance with current regulations, Edutech training is VAT free.

If the participation is cancelled later than September 10th or the participant will not participate in the program, we will charge 50 % of the participation fee.
