Ball playing area schedule

As a rule, the bookings at the ball games hall are allocated in the following manner:

Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. the ball games hall is in open use. At this time it is possible to reserve free badminton slots, for example. One of the hall's sections is reserved entirely for badminton during the daytime. Other sections can be used freely for activities such as basketball, volleyball and floor ball. Guilds can also reserve slots for the hours between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. The slot calendar also shows the times when a section of the hall is reserved for a particular sport. The purpose of this allocation is to balance the daytime use between different sports. However, the basic rule is that you can always go and play your own sport in the ball games hall when a court is free. Please remember that the use of day slots requires the payment of the basic sports fee!

Monday-Friday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. slots at the ball games hall are mainly reserved for the use of personnel and institutes. Personnel groups can also reserve slots at the ball games hall for the morning hours (between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.) and during weekends. The gym can also be reserved for the use of a personnel group or institute on weekdays between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Monday-Friday after 6 p.m. and during weekends, slots at the ball games hall are mainly allocated for the use of various student communities (the TUrVoKe sports divisions or clubs under the TUT Student Union).

Leagues and courses in various sports are arranged by TUrVoKe and sports divisions in order to provide exercise opportunities for all students and personnel. Slots have been reserved for this purpose on Wednesday and Friday evenings and at weekends.
