Aerobic-Shaping
Welcome to sweat with 15-20 minutes of easy aerobic training and 40 minutes of muscle exercise with body weight and equipment. A great start for weekend!

Bachata/Salsa
Class concentrates in Bachata and Salsa. ThemeDance is organized by TUT dance club CapasiDancers. The class fee is 9 euros for autumn and 9 euros for spring. The class fee is paid to CapasiDancers account 143935-108702 with referencetext "ThemeDance". TUrVoKe ry's basic sports fee naturally needs to be paid too. You can try out the class one time for free.

Circuit training (Thursday)
Circuit training with 20 different moves.

Feel good (TUT staff only)
10 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of muscle exercise (especially abdomen and neck-shoulders) and 30 minutes of stretching. Men and women welcome!

Interval
On Tuesday's class we use all the energy by using sometimes basic aerobics, sometimes interval training. Some day you may even find yourself dancing in this class. Main point is to use energy and to sweat!

Aerobic class for TUT staff men. Versatile and effective training including for example circuit training, aerobic training and stretching.

Powerful class which rotates aerobical elements and effective muscle exercises.

Body and muscle exercise with weights (body pump sets). Stretching in the end of the class. A token is needed to enter class. (See explanation about token below.)

Stretching
Stretching and training of body flexibility with relaxing music. You won't need shoes, but wear some warm clothes.

Sweat
Circuit training performed in Tamppi Areena gym with gym equipment and your own body weight. A token is needed to enter class. (See explanation about token below.)

Circuit training performed in Tamppi Areena gym with gym equipment and your own body weight. Suitable for everybody, also for beginners!

Zumba
Zumba is fitness dancing class based on joy of movement. Several music and dancing styles are used during the class. Easy dancing choreographs are combined on both slow and fast tempo music.

Tokens for Sweat-, Weights- and Step-aerobic classes.
A token is needed to enter a Sweat-, Weight- or Step-class, because these classes are usually too crowded. Token is a small laminated paper which limits the amount of people entering classes. Tokens are handed out from Cafe Joule (Mon-Fri) and sports office (Weekends) starting one hour before the class. Tokens are given as long as there are any left. You can only get one token for yourself (so you can't get any for your friends). When you come to pick up a token for Step or Weights class, prepare to show your aerobics sticker. When the aerobics class starts, give the token to instructor.
