MOT studied the processes of polycentrism on different regional levels and through different kind of areas. The goal was to form a general view of the definitions and manifestations of the polycentrism and to find the dimensions of which have connections to Finnish conversation and practices. Furthermore the project wanted to formulate the concept of the polycentrism in the Finnish context.
