Registration Fees

The registration fees are given in euros. All fees are VAT 0%. The registration fee covers admission to the conference sessions and lectures, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference. The gala dinner has a separate fee.

Early bird fee, paid by 28th February 2011

Registration fees for delegates include:

• Lunches (Wed-Thu)
• Refreshments during session breaks (Tues-Thurs)
• Admission to all scientific sessions (includes HTH-Session)
• Conference material
• City Reception on Tuesday (separate registration required)

Registration fees for HTH-Session include:

• Lunch and refreshments on Thursday
• Admission to all scientific sessions on Thursday
• Conference material

 

All delegates and HTH-participants are welcome to the Gala Dinner if they register in advance and pay the dinner fee of 85 €.

The registration fee does not cover insurance or accommodation. Travel insurance is recommended by the organisers. Accommodation in selected hotels can be reserved via the registration system. These hotels are located in walking distance from the venue and their accommodation fee includes breakfast. Hotel deposit (first night's room fee) must be paid when making the reservation.
