Letters of acceptance has been sent to authors January 31st. Please remember, presenting authors must pay the registration fee no later than 28th February. Acceptance is dependent on registration and paying as a delegate in time.
Full paper and author introduction page are published from all presentations (both oral and poster) in conference proceedings. Guidelines for preparation and submission of these files are available in PDF and in DOC form.
Full paper and introduction page (one page CV) submission shall be made electronically via abstract submission system.
Abstract submission system
The accepted file formats are MS Word and PDF. File names should include abstract code (given to the corresponding abstract by the abstract submission system), the last name of the presenting author as well as the document type (paper or CV). Examples: "ID3177_Smith_paper.doc" and "ID3177_Smith_CV.doc"
The deadline for submitting the final papers is April 28, 2011. Please note that organizers cannot ensure that papers with incorrect name or papers submitted after the dead-line will be in the proceedings.
We prefer that you also submit your presentation to conference venue in advance in order to make sure the compatibility of files and computers. You are able to update your presentation during the conference.
