Component Cleanliness Laboratory

The component cleanliness laboratory is a new investment in IHA. The cleanliness of the components is researched in pressurized semi-clean room where the coming air is filtered. The most important research equipment there are component cleanliness cabinets for particle extraction from the studied component to membrane filters and an automatic microscope with application oriented software for the analysis of the membranes. The research is carried out according to standard ISO 16232 Road vehicles – Cleanliness of components of fluid circuits. In addition, it is possible to analyse oil samples according to standards ISO 4406 and SAE AS4059E with the automatic microscope.
