A central research area of the environmental health are health issues in the energy field and the effects on health of new technology, including health problems connected with traffic and logistics as well as electromagnetic fields. In the case of electromagnetic fields the group has special competence regarding the effects on health of such fields, assessment of exposure to them and their mitigation by technical means.
