Chemistry and Bioengineering
Department of Chemistry and Bioengineering is part of the Faculty of Science and Environmental Engineering. The research and teaching areas of the Department are Chemistry, Bioengineering and Environmental Engineering.
The Department has three Professors of Chemistry (Chemistry, Bio-organic/Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry), two of Biotechnology (Environmental Biotechnology, Molecular Microbiology) and one of Chemi-mechanical Environmental Engineering.
The Department strives towards greater excellence by employing highly motivated and talented personnel at all levels, promoting their personal and professional development, providing up-to-date research infrastructure and training, and implementing the joint research strategy.
