A new journal special issue published

29.11.2011 11:09 Measuring Business Excellence Special Issue (Vol. 15, Iss. 4) on "Knowledge-based foundations of the service society", edited by Antti Lönnqvist, is published.

The special issue consists of revised papers originally presented during the 6th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics (IFKAD) conference organized in June 2011 in Tampere, Finland.
