The workshop of the department of biomedical engineering has specialized on machining, welding and constructions of metals and plastics.
Machining is performed on small and medium size parts with manually controlled machine tools. Methods available include turning, milling and drilling.
Welding of different metals is possible using MIG-, TIG- and arc-welding.
