Ultrasonic welding is a fast and a clean attaching method for thermoplastics. Most easily ultrasound weldable thermoplastics are the amorphic ones. Semi-crystalline thermoplastics mainly attach only to one another material. There are two different equipments in use: Rinco Ultrasonics MP 201 and Rinco Ultrasonics MP 702. Travel program can be used with Rinco Ultrasonics MP 201.
It is possible to weld with ultrasonic welding machine using either time or energy programs.
