Fiber Spinning
Fiber spinning line is suitable for heated fiber orientation. Process can be used for several polymers. The diameter, strength and stretching behaviour of a fiber can be modified by line parameters.
The fiber spinning line can be modified and varied by three different units. Fourne equipment consists of three individual draw-in rollers and two draw-in roller pairs. The temperatures and the velocity of the rollers can be varied. Infrared ovens and belting can be added to the production line if needed.
