Partners and services for business

The majority of our research projects are conducted in collaboration with companies and other research institutions. We also offer research services that cater to specific company needs.

Lately we have been collaborating with Nokia, NICT Network Security Department (Japan), Ericsson, TeliaSonera, F-Secure, Finwe, ArchRed and Mobisoft.

Ongoing projects

NISEC has participated in extensive national research programmes such as: Tivit Future Internet, Internet of Things, Cloud Software and Need for Speed.

NISEC established an information security forum in Tampere (TaTiTu) in 2008. The forum is coordinated by Postdoctoral Researcher Marko Helenius and exists to promote information security and bring together local organizations and people involved in the field to share their knowledge and ideas.
