RF Integrated Circuits Laboratory

The RF Integrated Circuits Laboratory (RFIC Lab) was founded in 1995 and it is part of the Department of Electronics and Communications (DEC) at Tampere University of Technology (TUT), Finland. The average size of the RF-ASIC Laboratory team has varied through the years between 12 - 32 Teachers / Researchers.

Laboratory has developed and maintains premises for its own Advanced Design and Ultimately-Precise Measurement in the range of 10MHz up to 27GHz of RF-ASIC, including Pressurized Class-1000 clean Faraday-Cage with up to -120dB EMS noise suppression level.
