Application process

Applications addressed to the Master's Degree Programme in Machine Automation will be considered only for this programme. Likewise, applications addressed to any other programmes of TUT cannot be transferred for this programme. Therefore, the applicant shall submit a separate application for each programme he/ she intends to apply for.

All applications and their enclosures must reach TUT by the deadline. Applications will be processed only during the application period, so please don't send us any documents beyond the application period.

Please notice that incomplete or delayed applications and applications containing documents that are not properly authenticated will not be processed. All the documents of the application should be sent together in one envelope. Documents sent by email or fax will not be accepted, and applications submitted through a third party (like educational agencies or consultants) will not be processed.

As TUT does not charge any application fee, the applications will not be returned. Therefore, do not submit any original documents except a language test score report.

You will get a confirmation by email as soon as your application has reached the University. Unfortunately we cannot comment the status of any particular application until the final admission decision has been made.

The student selection will be made on the basis of each candidate's academic qualifications and merits shown in the application documents. All documents will affect the admission, so please remember to submit all required documents to your application.

The names of the accepted students will be published on the programme's web pages  (if they gave permission for it) and official letters of acceptance will be posted to them in May.

Due to the large number of applications, the enquiries concerning the status of any particular application cannot be answered during the selection process.
