Performance gaps are reformulated into tangible learning outcomes that describe what the participants will know and be able to do after completing the training. The learning process is planned so as to ensure that participants incorporate their newly acquired knowledge into their work already during the training.

 

Stage 3              We develop bespoke solutions that serve the individual needs of our customers


Our expertise combines a vision of future operating environments and global development trends with a mission to promote industrial competitiveness and the use of novel technologies.  We use tried and tested teaching strategies that encourage active participation and promote community spirit within the organization.
