Videoconferencing studio

TUT’s videoconferencing studio is available for hire to companies and external clients. 

Videoconferencing is a convenient, cost-effective and green alternative to face-to-face meetings. Videoconferences save time and money and can bring together participants from multiple locations around the world. The equipment is tested in advance to ensure connectivity. 

- max. 14 persons

- IP and ISDN connections with HD video

- multi-point bridging capability, max. 9 remote users (available without extra costs) 

The University’s technical support team will set up the video connections before the conference begins. 

The studio is located in room TC165 in the Tietotalo building on campus.

The address is Korkeakoulunkatu 1, 33720 Tampere. 

The hourly rent is 136.40 euros, including VAT.
