How to apply?

The application period for studies starting in August 2018 has ended. The next application period will begin at the and of 2018 for studies starting in August 2019.

1. Read the following sections carefully before applying:

2. Fill in the application online and upload the required application documents on the application and submit the application
The online application form will be available during the application period only at The application period starts 13 December 2017 at 8.00 (GMT +2) and ends 17 January 2018 at 15.00 (GMT+2).

3. After you have submitted your application with the required application documents online, you will get a confirmation by email
Admissions Office will process your application and check that it meets the general eligibility criteria, i.e. they verify your language test result and make sure that your application contains all the required documents. You will be notified by email, if there is anything missing from your application. Therefore, it is important that you keep checking your email account regularly during the application period for any possible requests to supplement your application. TUT will use the email address that you have provided in your application form.

4. In addition to uploading the application documents on your online application, you will need to submit the authenticated copies of your educational documents to the TUT Admissions Office by post.

The educational documents must reach TUT on 31 January 2018 at the latest. The TUT Admissions Office may verify the authenticity of your educational documents from the university or authority that issued them. Please note that your educational documents will not be returned. Take this into account and do not submit any original documents.

Academic assessment

Admission committees at the faculties will assess the applications and rank them on the basis of the academic qualifications study achievements, language skills, motivation letter and CV. The admission committees have different schedules depending on the programme and therefore you cannot be informed of your application status during the application process.

Admission results

All applicants will be informed of the admission results by email in late March. For details and more information, please see Admission results.
