TUT’s graduate school opens 25 new positions for doctoral students

Tampere University of Technology is seeking 25 doctoral students for funded doctoral education positions in TUT’s graduate school. The open positions are for the field of architecture and different branches of engineering. Applications are welcomed until 17 October 2016.

The doctoral students are expected to undertake full-time study towards a doctoral degree at TUT. The university also expects the doctoral students to perform teaching duties in their own fields as part of their doctoral education.

TUT offers doctoral students with a high-standard, inspiring research environment, high-quality supervision and support for pursuing a postgraduate degree. Doctoral education is organized through TUT's graduate school within the framework of faculty-specific doctoral programmes.

Applications must be submitted by TUT’s online application form through the call for applications in English on 17 October at the latest. The positions will be filled for a fixed term of four or two years, preferably from 1 January 2017 onwards.
