Student fair expected to draw more than 3,000 prospective students

The higher education institutions in Tampere join forces in hosting an event for prospective students in Tampere Hall on Wednesday, 6 May 2015.

The event will begin at 10:00 and end at 16:00. Tampere Hall is located near the city centre at Yliopistonkatu 55, Tampere, Finland.

The four local higher education institutions will attend the event to showcase their degree programmes. They are the Police University College (Polamk), Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Tampere University of Technology (TUT) and the University of Tampere (UTA).

The stands in Tampere Hall will be manned by staff and students from the four higher education institutions. They will introduce potential students to the broad range of career options available for graduates and offer them practical study tips and advice on selecting their degree programme. The participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about specific fields of study.

Tampere, the best city for students in Finland, will also play a prominent role at the event!
