Stand-up mathematician Matt Parker performs on campus

Award-winning comedian Matt Parker from the UK will perform at TUT on 12 April. He will take the audience on a breath-taking journey into the world of mathematics and its mysteries.

Matt Parker works for the Queen Mary College at the University of London and has given sold-out performances, among others, in London’s West End and at Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Cambridge Science Festival. He is an enthusiastic mathematics speaker whose goal in life is to make more people excited about mathematics.

The presentation will take place in the room Iso Sali in the Festia building from 10:00 to 11:00 on 12 April.
The event is open to all.

You can also see Matt perform during Café Scientifique at Tampere Main Library at 16:00 on the same day.

The event is arranged by the LUMATE centre.
