Finalists for the Nokia Ubimedia MindTrek Awards announced
The 6th Nokia Ubimedia MindTrek Awards competition, NUMA2012, seeks novel ways to combine ubiquitous computing to media. The winner will be selected at the MindTrek Conference held in Tampere between the 3rd and 5th of October.This year’s competition attracted 29 entries that will be competing for the total sum of EUR 6,000. The 2011 MindTrek Conference brought together close to 600 participants. Nokia Ubimedia MindTrek Awards is organized by the Entertainment and Media Production (EMMi) Lab at Tampere University of Technology (TUT), Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Nokia and the Ambient Media Association AMEA. The event is sponsored by Nokia and the Ubiquitous Computing Cluster Programme.
