Tampere School of Architecture

The School of Architecture at Tampere University of Technology was founded in 1969. The professorships of the School of Architecture are Architecture, Architectural Construction, Architectural Design, Architectural and Urban Research, History of Architecture, Housing Design, Urban Design and Planning and Theory of Urban Design and Planning.

The school's reputation rests on open-minded choices of themes and methods, on profound interpretation, on high quality and the prominent presentation of its results. The objective of the School is to be an international-level actor when solving challenges of the built environment.
