Present Research

The research activities at the Pori Campus aim at:

• offering high level competitive research services to the industry as well as public actors in the Satakunta region
• high scientific level of research through participation in the activities of top-level international research groups and by cooperation.

The Pori Campus of the Tampere University of Technology operates in the University Consortium of Pori together with the university units of Aalto University, Turku University and Tampere University. At the University Consortium, cross-border research collaboration is pursued to detect and take up new research problems arising from the cross-sections of different fields of sciences.
