PAJA - what is it?

PAJA (Finnish for ”the Forge”) is the flagship learning facility of the Language Centre, which has been in active use since autumn 2012. With its easy-to-move furniture, PAJA flexibly changes its shape according to needs of the learning tasks at hand. PAJA also introduces the latest technologies to support language learning.

The students can reach new levels of interaction and cooperation when iPads and the SMARTBoard enable them to communicate simultaneous together – just like in real life. This will make language learning more interactive and motivating.
