Wheel loader of IHA at Mobile 2012 Days
In Mobile 2012 Days of Bosch Rexroth AG IHA presented a new intelligent energy saving wheel loader. Working machine uses the latest digital hydraulics as well as an intelligent diesel engine control to optimize energy consumption.Bosch Rexroth AG held on 17 and 18.10.2012 Ulm in Germany Mobile 2012 Days. Invited guests were more than 800 from fourty different countries. In addition to the conference event was a demonstration of new technologies in the form of demonstrations. As the only university in the world TUT / IHA wheel loader was involved in demonstrations. The machine uses digital hydraulics and optimized drive transmission, which also takes into account the inteelicent use of the diesel engine. These research results have been achieves during GIM, which is one of the centre of excellences of Finnish Academy, Famous-project of FIMECC, as well as Bosch Rexroth AG, Tamlink and IHA's co-projects. Among the results digitel hydraulics achieve 40% reduction in losses as well as the autonomous driving achieved 25 % reduction in fuel consumption using the hydrostatic drive transmission and optimize use of the diesel engine.
