Performance management team is a research group, which studies and develops the methods, tools and systems for organizations' business performance management. Most important research topics for the group include performance measurement, intellectual capital and productivity. Topical research areas include mobile business services, wellfare services and public sector productivity.
The research group is formed by researchers from the departments of Business Information Management and Logistics and Industrial Management The research which is carried out in co-operation with corporate partners produces both scientific publications as well as practical solutions for companies. Performance measurement team was established in 1999. The research group has since produced around 150 publications including four Doctoral dissertations and several refereed journal papers.
