Study guides
There are two separate study guides for international students: one for degree students and one for exchange students. The study guides help you prepare for your stay at TUT and provide important information on studies and the services available to students. All new international students receive a hard copy of the complete study guide during the orientation week.
You can find all the courses taught in English together with their description on course catalogua. The courses are listed according to faculty and department.
Course catalogue
All courses listed in the Course Catalogue (link below) are available to international students and are given in English.
Many of the courses lectured in English are of advanced level and may
require previous studies in the field concerned (possible
course-specific prerequisites are mentioned in the course descriptions).
Exchange students: when preparing the proposed study plan, exchange
students are advised to browse the course offerings listed under the
different departments of TUT. Clicking the name of a course opens up a
detailed description of the course. 1 TUT credit equals 1 ECTS credit.
Study guide for degree students
Descriptions of the study modules included in the University's master's
degree programmes are available on the web pages of the
programmes. Links to the web pages are listed under the title
International MSc Programmes.
Students admitted to the international master's degree programmes will
receive the Study Guide for Degree Students upon arrival.
The Study Guide for Degree Students is also available online in the POP portal
(In English > Studies > Study Guide or Study Info > Studying
at TUT > Study guides). You need a TUT username and password to log
on to the POP portal.
