The International Master’s Degree Programme in Science and Bioengineering at Tampere University of Technology offers qualified students an international study environment to learn nanotechnology and modern biotechnologies in English in a two-year degree programme. It is one of TUT's eight international master's degree programmes.

The programme provides the students with the ability to work as experts in modern molecular and instrumental life science technology in the fields of industry and research. It offers a multicultural and innovative study and research environment with content strongly based on natural sciences and bioengineering.

Students can concentrate on biosensing with micro and biosensors, molecular biotechnology and microbiology, nanophotonics, nanomaterials science, bioimaging or information technology for health and biology as their major subject of choice.
